A Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Christopher Charles Jackson of Tampa, Florida who passed on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 will be held on Saturday, May 1st, 1:00 p.m. at Orange Hill Cemetery, 4900 E. Chelsea Street, Elder Gregory Jackson, eulogist, officiating. The interment will follow.

Mr. Christopher Charles Jackson was born to Louis Jackson and Peggy Spencer- Jackson, on September 1, 1975 in Ocala, Florida. He attended school in the Marion County Public School System and Hillsborough County Public School System, graduating from C. Leon King High School, Class of 1993. Christopher joined the United States Army just after his High School graduation, to which he served for 5 years. During his time as a UH-60 Helicopter Crew Chief, he discovered a passion for operating vehicles of all kinds. Upon leaving the Army, Chris was drawn to many opportunities. However, it was his becoming a CDL Truck Driver that paved the way for him to eventually become an Owner Operator. A career, he enjoyed for many years. One of his other passions was his love for family. He met and married his devoted wife Angela Jackson, of 21 years, shortly after his leaving the military. He was a loving father to both Arianna and Marissa, he was always there to give support, share his advice or just to offer a warm smile and hug to just let them know how much they were loved. Chris lit up the most when speaking of his two beautiful grandbabies; "Papa's Girl" Lux Toler and "Papa's Lil Man" Lamarcus Moore Jr., In addition to his passion for family, was his passion for motorcycles. "Jack Nasty" served as a devoted friend, brother and member of the Ruff Ryders of Tampa Bay, Lifestyle Chapter, for over 18 years. His Hobbies were riding Motorcycles and watching sports especially. His favorite team, The Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Christopher was preceded in death by his father Louis Jackson. He leaves to cherish his precious memories with, Angela Jackson, a devoted Wife of 21 years, daughters, Arianna Hornsby, fiancé Michael and Marissa Hornsby, fiancé Lamarcus; granddaughter, Lux Toler; Grandson; Lamarcus Moore Jr., all of Tampa, Florida; mother, Peggy Spencer-Jackson of Ocala; brother, Louis A. Jackson, wife Ruby of Brandon; mother- in- law; Carmen King of Tampa; niece, Brittany Griffin and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.

The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, April 30th from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the graveside on Saturday for the service. We are following the CDC guidelines.
