Bethany Elizabeth Staats was born on February 6, 1975 to Wanda and Roger Staats, in Virgina and later on moved to Phoenix Arizona where she was raised alongside her brother David R. Staats. She graduated from Ironwood High School in 1993. Bethany later on had her first child, Hayley, in September of '93 and also a son, Joseph, in September of '97.

Bethany endured of lot of trial and error throughout her life, but had a loving soul. She was a fighter through life, even pushed through leukemia and being in remission for the last 21 years. She went back to school and graduated in 2011, with a degree in billing and coding, in which her whole family was proud of her doing what she said she would do.

Bethany's health started to decline the past few years and unfortunately lead to her being one of the cases from Covid19, where she lost her final fight. She gained her wings fighting as hard as possible, on April 30, 2020 and went to be with her parents, Wanda and Roger as well as her baby brother David. She may be gone, but she will always remain in our memories and thoughts
