Cumberland—Tracy L. Lee, 52, of Cumberland, passed away on Monday, April 26, 2021, at UPMC Western Maryland.

Born in Cumberland, MD, on February 6, 1969, she was the daughter of the late, Joyce L. (Meyers) and Donald J. Cavey. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, and her maternal grandparents, Bertha and Robert Meyers; uncle, Robert W. Meyers; aunt, Pansy Oster; infant sister, Kelly Sue Welch; niece, Kelly Jean Snyder; brothers-in-law, Roger Snyder and Doug Shook.

Tracy was a graduate of Fort Hill High School, class of 1987. Following high school, she was employed at Biederlack of America. Tracy later worked at Hills and Ames department stores in undercover security. Presently, she was employed at Hunter Douglas in the New Styles Shutters Department. Tracy also was employed at Press' Market.

Tracy enjoyed playing bingo and cards, going to the beach, traveling, and she loved to cook. Her dream was to one day open her own restaurant. She visited Atlantic City, NJ, Myrtle Beach, SC, Nashville, TN, Las Vegas, NV, San Antonio, TX, and New Orleans, LA. Tracy was a happy soul who never met a stranger. She was outgoing and pleasant, and she loved people. Most of all she loved her children, and she would do anything for them. Tracy will be greatly missed.

Tracy was a member of Christ United Methodist Church, former board member of the Allegany County Department of Social Services, Outdoor Club Ladies Auxiliary, and the Cumberland Eagles Ladies Auxiliary.

Tracy is survived by her husband of 27 years, Stephen C. Lee; sons, Austin R. Lee and Andrea Adams, and Wesley A. Lee and Megan Carter; daughter, Stephanie M. Lee and Adam Crosten; sister and best friend, Marna Sue Cavey, Robin Shook, and Lorna Snyder; and her favorite aunt, Marna Meyers Morris; dear friend, John Lohr. She is further survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Avenue, Cumberland, on Saturday, May 1, 2021 from 1-3 P.M. A memorial service will be conducted at the funeral home at 3 p.m. with Rev. Harold McClay officiating.

The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and Intensive Care Unit staff for the kind compassionate care given to Tracy during her illness.
