Cindy is survived by her husband of 27 years: Gary Wayne Cook, her son: Matthew Cook(Fiancee: Katelyn Klein), her sister: Lisa Payne, her father-in law: Larry Cook, her sister-in-law: Stephanie Anne Cook and her niece and nephew: Hunter and Abigail Springer.
A Celebration of Cindy's life will be held at 10 AM Thursday April 29, 2021 at the Market Street Chapel of Naville & Seabrook Funeral Homes(1119 E. Market St.). Visitation will be from 1 – 8 PM Wednesday and from 9 – 10 AM Thursday before the service. Burial Walnut Hill Cemetery.
