HONEA PATH ? Daisy Smith Bagwell Quarles, 93, formerly of Honea Path, widow of Joseph E. Quarles, died Monday, Dec. 6, 2004 at Kershaw County Medical Center in Camden.
Born in Greenwood County, she was a daughter of the late John Lewis and Sudie Harbin Smith. She retired from Abney Mills, Belton Plant and was a member of Cokesbury United Methodist Church. She was twice married, first to the late Berry L. ?Fate? Bagwell.
Survivors include a son, Troy Bagwell of Honea Path; a daughter, Mrs. James (Mary) Wheeler of Columbia; three sisters, Dorothy Roach of Honea Path, Lina McDonald of Del Rio, Texas and Sadie Hannah of Taylors; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Services are 1 p.m. Wednesday at Blyth Funeral Home, Greenwood, conducted by the Rev. Nena Reynolds. Burial is 2:30 Wednesday in the Garden of Memories near Belton.
Visitation is 6:30-8 tonight at the funeral home.
Family members are at their respective homes.
