Etta Armstreet Risinger, 97, of Patroon, passed away Sunday, January 15, 2006 in San Augustine. She was born July 26, 1908 in Shelby County, Texas to Jim Armstreet and Emma Denby Armstreet. Mrs Risinger was a homemaker, mother and grandmother. She was a long time member of Dunnigan Missionary Baptist Church. Funeral services will be at 2 pm on Tuesday, January 17, 2006, at Watson and Sons Chapel with Bro. Calvin Hancock and Bro. Billy Windham officiating. Interment to follow at Dunnigan Cemetery in Shelby County. Pallbearers will be Glynn Hughes, Mark Hughes, Kyle Hughes, Mickey Smith, Stevie Smith, and Paul Smith. Honorary Pallbearers will be Mrs. Risinger's great grandsons. Survivors include: Children: LaRea Hughes and husband O.D. Hughes of Longview, Robert Risinger and wife Betty of Patroon, Ruth Smith and husband Larmar of Patroon, Juanita Smith and husband Tommy of Pinland. Grandchildren: Glynn Hughes of Longview, Mark Hughes of Longview, Kyle Hughes of Longview, Cheryl Green of Dallas, Shelley Trump of Orange, Mickey Smith of Patroon, Stevie Smith of Joaquin, Terri Tompkins of Patroon, Paul Smith of Conroe and Aimee Johnson of Pineland. 32 Great Grandchildren and 10 Great Great Grandchildren. Brother in law: Benny Buckley of Orange, Sister in laws Ruth Armstreet of Orange, and Dorothy Armstreet of Texas City. Numerous nieces and nephews. A Host of Friends. Preceded in death by; husband Johnny Risinger, Two Grandchildren, James Royce Risinger and Thomas Richard Risinger. Visitation will be held from 5 pm to 8 pm Monday, January 16, 2006 at Waston & Son Funeral Home in Center
