ARTHUR NEIL RAYMER, 54, Jacksonville,Fla., died May 29, 2004, at St. Luke Hospital, Jacksonville, Fla. He was born Aug. 13, 1949, the son of Samuel Arthur and Bonnie Lee Benham Raymer. He was a customer service representative for CSX Railroad and a member of Weldon Christian Church. Mr. Raymer is survived by his father, Arthur "Chock" Raymer, New Albany, Ind.; and a sister and brother-in-law, Vicki and Freddie Helm, Georgetown, Ind. Funeral services were held June 4 from the chapel of Hager Funeral Home with Rev Elmer Wheatley and Rev. Gary True officiating.
