Mr. Nickey Nile Miller, age 70 and Mrs. Brenda Gail Nickens Miller, age 72; of Joppa, Alabama; tragically lost their lives in an automobile accident on the evening of Thursday - April 22, 2021.
Mr. Nickey Nile Miller was born on July 2, 1950 to Radford Preston Miller and Nada Ann Boyd Miller in Marshall County, Alabama. He is retired from telecommunication with Bellsouth - AT&T. Mr. Miller enjoyed activities such as; fishing, hunting, guns, collecting antiques and Alabama Football. He was a member of the Liberty Church in Arab, Alabama.
Mrs. Brenda Gail Nickens Miller was born on May 2, 1948 to Stanley Walter Horace Nickens and Alberta Ferguson Nickens in Morgan County, Alabama. She is retired from telecommunication with Bellsouth - AT&T. Mrs. Miller enjoyed activities such as; sewing, cooking, shopping, making decorations, helping people and Alabama Football. She was a member of the Liberty Church in Arab, Alabama.
Mr. Miller is survived by his mother; Nada Boyd Miller; daughter, Heather D. Miller (Crystal Arbogast); brother, Stacey Miller; grandchildren, Destiny Crabtree (David), Cody Stewart, Jaden Stewart and Sebastian Stewart. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife; Brenda Gail Nickens Miller; father, Radford Preston Miller; son, Robert Marlen Stewart and brother, Terry Miller.
Mrs. Miller is survived by her mother; Alberta Nickens; daughter, Heather D. Miller (Crystal Arbogast); brother, Trevor Nickens (Beth); sister, Barbara Towels; grandchildren, Destiny Crabtree (David), Cody Stewart, Jaden Stewart and Sebastian Stewart. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband; Nickey Nile Miller; father, Stanley Walter Horace Nickens; son, Robert Marlon Stewart; brothers, Ricky Nickens and Dicky Nickens; sister, Patricia Hensley.
A Visitation will be held at the Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel on Thursday - April 29, 2021 between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Funeral Services will be held at the Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel on Thursday - April 29, 2021 beginning at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Keith Hodges, officiating.
Interment will follow services at the Arab Memorial Cemetery.
Pallbearers escorting Mr. & Mrs. Miller to their final resting place will be; David Crabtree, Eric Miller, Riley Schrimsher, Stacey Miller, Braden Nickens and Lucas Roberts.
In Lieu of Flowers; the Miller Family has requested that donations be made to the American Heart Association or the Russell Hill Cancer Foundation.
