Marilyn J. Hunt, 81, of Anderson passed away on April 25, 2021 at Ascension St. Vincent's Anderson Hospital. Marilyn was born on January 27, 1940 in Clay, Kentucky to Menvil and W. Jewel (Sullivan) Hill. She attended Indiana University, and had worked as a paralegal and in banking before devoting her time to volunteerism and the care of her family. Marilyn's volunteerism encompassed many causes, but her work with the Anderson Symphony Orchestra and the Victoria Guild were among her favorites. She was also a member of First Baptist Church Anderson.

Marilyn is survived by her loving husband, Donald Hunt; daughter, Lori (Keith) Hunt; brother, William (Susan) Hill; sister: Sandra (Tony) Dunbar; grandchildren: Paige (Cliff) Hackman and Morgan (Grady) Ludeke; great greandchildren: Jo, Sawyer and Hudson; nephews: Jim and David Striegel. Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services for Marilyn will be at 12:00 PM Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory. Burial will follow in Anderson Memorial Park.
