Leah (Wilson/King) Hunt passed away at the age of 98. On February 6, 2018, Leah suffered a severe Stroke leaving her paralyzed on the right side and a loss of speech. After the stroke, Leah was admitted to the Skilled Nursing Facility at Barton Hospital in South Lake Tahoe, California until her passing in 2021.

Leah married her childhood friend, Rex Leo Hunt (B: Nov. 11, 1920 / D: May 30, 2013) in 1942. Leah and Rex lived in Fort Smith, Arkansas where they had three sons, Tommy Leo Hunt (B: Nov. 6, 1943 / D: April 24, 1993), Larry Rex Hunt (B: Nov. 29, 1946 / D: Nov. 27, 1992 and Kenneth Lee Hunt (B: Nov. 14, 1947). Rex owned and operated a Gas Station in Fort Smith and in 1950 he sold the business. Leah and Rex moved the family to Long Beach, Los Angeles County, California. In 1951, Leah and Rex had their fourth child, Terry Ray Hunt (B: Aug. 19, 1951). As of this writing, April of 2021, Terry Hunt resides in the country of Portugal
