Irene Crowder Williams, 80, of Troutville, went to be with the Lord and joined the love of her life, Leonard, on Saturday, April 24, 2021. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Doug and his wife, Lori; parents, Heck and Mary Crowder and 5 siblings.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Susan Williams (Jason) Campbell; sons, Ricky (Pat) Williams; Mike (Kendra) Williams; Timmy Williams and Nancy Kellison; grandsons; Matthew, Nathaniel, and Jason, great-grandchildren, Devan, Sam, and Shauna; sister-in-law, Glenda Williams; special neighbors, Mr. and Mrs. Larry Nicely; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.

Irene worked at Kenrose and Glad Rags as a presser and later cooked for Cave Creek in Troutville. She loved to watch wrestling.

Graveside Services will be held 3pm Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at Mill Creek Baptist Church with Mr. Ray Sloan officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8pm Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home.
