Frank was born in Albuquerque, NM on January 17, 1946.
Frank was proceeded in death by his father, Irving Foy, mother, Sylvia, and his wife of 51 years, Suzanne Foy.
Frank is survived by his daughters, Erin Foy of Albuquerque, NM and Kelly Walker (Brady) of Evergreen, CO, his grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Evan Stewart, Brady and Beau Fairbanks, his brothers, Richard Foy, Patrick Foy and Christopher Foy, nieces, nephews and several cousins.
Frank graduated from St. Pius X High School in Albuquerque, NM in 1963 and the University of New Mexico in 1967 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
After graduation, he started his long career in the banking and finance industry. Frank retired from the Retirement Board of Education for the State of New Mexico. After retiring, he enjoyed traveling with his wife Suzanne and being on the golf course. Frank was very social and enjoyed Friday afternoon lunches with his St. Pius friends and Alzheimer's support group.
With Bernalillo County Covid restrictions, the family has decided to postpone Funeral arrangements at this time. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
