Joan Mary Harris, 88, passed Monday, April 19, 2021 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo, surrounded by family. Joan was born and raised in St. Louis Mo., moved to Toledo in the mid-fifties. She worked for the Darlington House Nursing Home, retiring in 1995.
Joan is survived by, sons Lee A. Covington, Jr., and Bruce (Eloise) Harris, daughters Denise C. Covington, Joyce M. Williams and Donna R. Harris; grandchildren Willie Hayes, Jr, Antonio (Eunique) Johnson, Garron M. Price, Stefan L. Johnson; and Breona J. Harris; 9 great-grandchildren; 3- great-great grandchildren and a host of loving relatives and friends.
