Ann Sheinfeld Rettino 79, of Montgomery, Alabama passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 11, 2017 surrounded by her loving family and friends. She fought a brave battle with a long term illness. Ann was born on July 23, 1937 to the late William Cecil Ray and Nedra Brown Ray in Wetumpka, Alabama. She was 1 of 14 siblings. She was preceded in death by two wonderful husbands Marty Sheinfeld of 37 years and James Rettino of 15 years; her siblings, John Ray, Jack Ray, Ferrell Ray, Gene Ray, Annette Ray, and Jeanette Ray. Ann is survived by her three daughters; Sharon Jones (T.D.), Lisa Estes (Dale), and Alane Cleavelin (Barry); her six grandchildren, Heather Jones, Justin Jones (Jessica), Derek Estes (Liz), Courtney Estes, Lauren Cleavelin, and Morgan Ann Cleavelin; and one great granddaughter, Landrie Jones; her brother, Frank Ray; and her sisters, Betty Turner, Francis Walls, Dottie Stephens, Peggy Nicolakis, and Linda Mincey. Ann graduated from Wetumpka High School in 1955. Before retirement, she was employed as property manager/real estate agent. She was a longtime member of Frazer United Methodist Church and a current resident of Wesley Gardens. Ann volunteered as a Pink Lady at Baptist Hospital. She loved to travel, garden and entertain her family and many friends in her home. The family would like to thank the staff and residents at Wesley Gardens for the love and support everyone showed to Mrs. Rettino. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 from 10:00 to 11:00 am at Alabama Heritage Funeral Home with a Celebration of Life Service beginning at 11:00 am.
