Gloria Voncile Evans, 74, of Wiergate, Texas died on April 20, 2021.
She was born on February 26, 1947 in Jasper, Alabama and had lived in the Burkeville area for many years and had worked in the BISD for several of those years.
Gloria is survived by her husband, Joe Evans of Wiergate, 8 children, 14 grandchildren, 43 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren, sisters, Diane Jabour of Lufkin, Texas and Linda Wood of Lufkin and brother, Daryl McGuire of Houston.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Tommie Jo Bruce and brothers, Ronnie Bruce and Michael Bruce [69405076].
Visitation will be on Saturday, April 24, 2021 from 5~8pm at Smith Funeral Home in Newton, Texas.
Graveside services will be on Sunday, April 25, 2021 at 2:30pm at Sycamore Cemetery in Burkeville, Texas.
