Sandra J. Jacobs, age 60, of Saline, formerly of Tecumseh, passed away unexpectedly on April 21, 2021. She was born September 21, 1960, in St. Clair Shores, MI, the daughter of Edward and Viola Beatrice Jacobs. Sande was a true people person with a welcoming smile who believed in cultivating long standing relationships which served her well in her role at Saline Lectronics. She developed a passion for golf at a young age which stayed with her throughout her life. Sande also loved to cook showcasing her abilities for family and friends with homemade dishes including her "famous carrot cake." Sande is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by one daughter, Tatum (Geoff) Strieter-Byron of Clinton, and two grandchildren, Owen Strieter-Byron and Olivia Strieter-Byron; one sister, Cathleen Krammer of Saline and one brother, Douglas Jacobs (Ton) of La Quinta, CA as well as several nieces, nephews and friends. A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 30, 2021 at St. Rita's Catholic Church, 10720 Hayes Rd., Clark Lake, with the Reverend Father Thomas Helfrich officiating. Inurnment will follow at St. Rita's Catholic Church Columbarium.
