Funeral services for Frankie Baxter, 86, of Cement will be held in the Laverty Baptist Church.

Frankie Louise Baxter was born October 22, 1934 in Wichita Falls, Texas to Frank Robert Ashley and Gladys Inez (Vines) Ashley. She died on Thursday, April 22, 2021 in Binger, Oklahoma.

Frankie grew up in Texas. She married Loyd S. Baxter on October 27, 1952 in Altus, Oklahoma. They had almost 60 years of marriage before his death in September 2012.

Frankie and Loyd made their home in Cement, Oklahoma. Frankie worked as a waitress, at Braums and at the Cement school cafeteria. She enjoyed shopping, traveling, going to the Cement Nutrition Center and being with her church family, her husband, children and grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by both parents, husband Loyd Baxter, brothers Roy Ashley and Bobby Ashley and son-in-law Todd Seymour.

Survivors include her daughters Debra Seymour of Cement and Karen Glass and husband Danny of Cement; grandchildren Aron Seymour and Brandon Pasley, Joel and Christina Seymour and Matthew Glass; great-grandchildren Trevor, Carlie, Bailey, Kash, Kamryn, Braden, Grayson and Ledger.

Interment will be in Cement Cemetery under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
