She attended Hartford City Schools and was wed to the late Harold Edmund Huffman on June 19, 1951. Norma was a homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her family and took pleasure in drawing and cooking.
Norma's survivors are as follows; 2 daughters, Ellen Palmer and Gail Huffman, nee Hess; 2 granddaughters, Dani and Kayla Palmer; 1 brother, Richard Tucker; and several nieces and nephews.
Norma was preceded in death by a son, Larry Huffman, and a sister and several brothers.
