Mark A. Cecil Sr , 61, of New Albany, IN died April 21, 2021 with his loved ones by his side. He was born on December 11, 1959.
Mark was a great man. He was a man of his word and a great role model. He loved hunting, cookouts and spending time with his family. Mark was a devoted husband to his wife Bobbie (Mom), the best father/dad you could ask for and loving grandfather. Mark was hard working at his job and stayed busy at home. He enjoyed working to provide for his family.
He leaves behind his loving wife, soulmate, and queen of 45 years- Bobbie; daughter- Christina Moss (Damen); sons-Mark Cecil (Leah) and Michael Cecil (Morgan); sister- Rene Richards; 10 grandkids, 9 great-grandkids; his other mom-Phyllis Crawford, and a host of in-laws, extended family, and friends.
He is preceded in death by his grandma-Fern Cunningham; first born son-Mark Jr.; mother- Lois Cecil; his fathers-Frank Cecil and Bill Jenkins and a grandson- Mason Cecil.
Visitation will be on Sunday at the Market Street Chapel of Naville & Seabrook Funeral Homes from 11:00 am-8:00 pm and 9-10 am on Monday. Funeral Service will take place at the funeral home on Monday at 10:00 AM. Burial Edwardsville Cemetery.
