Harry Clair Anderson, 79, of Woodville, Texas passed away April 19th 2021.

He was born January 27, 1942 in Houston, Texas to his father Clifton Lewellyn Anderson and mother Evelyn Sue Donahoe. He met his wife of 59 years, Melody Leifeste at a camp meeting in LaMarque, Tx in 1960 and declared to her during their first date that he would marry her. Their marriage led to three children, Michael Anderson and wife Diana of Salamanca, NY, Terry Anderson and wife Keli of Hillister, Tx, and Carroll Hale and husband Keith of Jasper Tx.

Harry was preceded in death by his wonderful wife Melody, his mother, his father, brother Lonnie Lee Anderson, sister Linda Whatley, and granddaughter Evelyn Louise Hale.

He is survived by all three of his children five grandchildren and five great- grandchildren.

Friends and Family will gather at Riley Funeral Home in Woodville, Tx, Saturday April 24, 2021 to celebrate his life at 11 am. Visitation will be held Saturday from 10 am until the time of the service. Harry will be interred at the Old Shiloh/Kirkland Cemetery in Woodville Tx.
