Dung "Young" came to the United States at a young age, to start a new life. In his younger years he lived in Southern NY and NYC. He worked many different jobs, and loved the city life. In 2005 he met his wife, Eva Wijaya and after they married moved to Plattsburgh, NY where they lived until his untimely death.
During his life, Dung "Young" was never afraid to take on a new challenge. He will be remembered for being a hard worker, and taking pride in a job well done, his love of cooking Vietnamese food for everyone, his love of fishing, and an occasional trip to the casino to try his luck. He had a smile that lit up his whole face, but mostly for his generosity, and willingness to help anyone at any time. He was a true friend to all.
He is survived by his wife of 15 years, Eva Wijaya, and his loyal companion, Mellow his dog. His father and 2 older brothers and 3 older sisters, many nieces and nephews in Vietnam and an extended family here in the United States.
He is predeceased by his mother, in Vietnam.
Burial in St. Peter's Cemetery.
