Cliff worked at Delta Faucet Company for forty-one years where he retired in 2009. He was an avid fisherman and loved to go squirrel deer hunting.
Survivors include his two sons Kevin (Jodi) Harr, of Rushville, IN; Ricky (Kim) Harr, of Milroy, IN; step-daughter Marnita Thackery, of Milroy, IN; brothers Paul and Steve Harr and sisters Mary Kidwell and May Haymaker. He will also be missed by his former wife, Judith O'Neal Gabbard of Milroy, IN, and his eleven grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents and spouse, Cliff was preceded in death by his brothers Donald Harr, Johny Harr, sister Ruth E. Foster and step-son Roger Farquer.
Funeral services were held at 12 p.m. Friday, April 23, 2021, at Todd Funeral Centre & Crematory Rushille IN. with Pastor Mike Coyle and Dougy Conley offering words of comfort. Visitation was held from 10 AM until the time of service. Burial was followed at Union Baptist Cemetery in Greensburg, IN.
