Jim was well known for his love of friends and family, as well as his stoic intellect. He was an avid outdoors-man who enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping. He loved fast cars, fast boats, airplanes, and the comfort of friends. He could often be found smoking cigars, drinking his brandy, and making sure that everyone around him was having a good time. Very few people could resist his Cheshire Cat smile, his quick wit, or his kind spirit.
Jim was preceded in death by both his mother and father, as well as his brother John. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Suzanne; children Lisa, India, Cameron, April, and James Jr.; and a sprawling family of brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 23, 2021, at The Greenlawn Memorial Park in Colma, CA at Eleven o'clock am. In lieu of flowers please consider donating to Jim's memorial fundraiser (gf.me/u/zqng38), or The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research (www.michaeljfox.org)
