Devoted mother of sons Richard (Lorrie) Gemereth and John Walters Jr., daughters Joan (nee Walters) (Glenn) Atchinson, Jean (nee Walters) (Will) Baker and the late June Walters, grandmother to ten, great grandmother to 25, great great grandmother to two. She was pre deceased by two brothers and three sisters. Passed away Saturday December 24th 2005. Age 94 years. Mrs. Likens was born in Germany and immigrated to the United States in 1924. She worked in New Mexico on the Manhattan Project and later retired from General Electric.
