Billy Eugene Mullins, age 85, a McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County, TN native, was born May 25, 1935 and died April 19, 2021 at St. Thomas River Park Hospital following a short illness.

A retired employee of the Warren County and Cannon County Sheriff Departments and a retired veteran of the United States Navy and Tennessee National Guard, where he served in Vietnam and Korea, he was the son of the late John Raymond and Carrie Josephine Austin Mullins.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by first wife, Gloria Joan Swan; second wife, Sandra Paulette Neal; daughters, Connie Holt and Sandy Young; and brothers, John Mullins, and Bobby Frazier.

Mr. Mullins is survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Rodney and Rochelle Mullins, and Randy and Tereasa Mullins, both of McMinnville, TN; eleven grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and sister and brother-in-law, JoAnn and Charles Hall of McMinnville, TN. Several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews also survive.

A graveside service and interment will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Warren County with Tonya Cannon officiating.

High Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
