Sharon L. Ford, 77, of Piqua, passed away peacefully at 2:45 a.m. Sunday, April 18, 2021 surrounded by her family.

She was born February 16, 1944 in Sidney to the late Donald and Maxine (Conrad) Brown.

She married Robert D. Ford December 4, 1971 in Sidney; he preceded her in death April 3, 2017.

Survivors include three children, Nicole Ford of Piqua, Ryan (Missy) Ford of Maineville, Sean (Angela) Ford of Piqua; six grandchildren, Spencer, Addyson, Elleana, MaKenzie, Cooper, Trevor; a brother, Donald Brown of Brookville; a sister and brother-in-law, Carol (Bruce) Fetters of Piqua; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Ford was a graduate of Sidney High School and attended the Ohio State University. She was an accomplished office manager for several places including the Piqua Area Chamber of Commerce and the Miami County YMCA Piqua Branch. She was a member of the Westminster Presbyterian Church. She was an avid fan of Piqua High School and Ohio State football programs, in addition to her grandchildren's sporting events. She loved her family, Christmas, pet dog, Tucker and being with her friends. She will be remembered for her faith, friendship and pleasant presence throughout the community.

A service to honor her life will begin at 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 23, 2021 with Rev. Kazy Hinds officiating.

Burial will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery.
