Badly wounded on June 22, 1944 leading mission to Leghorn Harbor, Italy.
Flew a/c back to Corsica on single engine with help of wounded co-pilot.
Evacuated to the USA due to wounds.
After WWII Glenn became a flying minister serving isolated communities in the mid-west.
After retirement he became a flight instructor at Lenhardt's airpark Hubbard, Oregon.
