Mrs. Debra Burns, of Oneida, Ky., born April 8, 1957 departed this life on Saturday, April 17, 2021. She was 64 years old. Debra was born at Oneida, KY., the daughter of Drucilla Gay Webb and the late Elmer Webb. She was a cook for the Clay County Board of Education having worked at Oneida Elementary. Debra was affiliated with the Panco Community Church and had been a life-long resident of Clay County, KY. She enjoyed cooking, flower gardening, and her greatest joy came from spending time with her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father: Elmer Webb, one son: Timmy Burns, Maternal Grandparents: Lawrence and Bertha Gay, Paternal Grandparents: Kash & Maxine Webb, Father-in-law and Mother-In-Law: Fred and Myrtle Burns. Debra Kay Burns leaves surviving the following relatives: her loving and devoted husband: Darrell Burns of Oneida, KY. her cherished mother: Drucilla Gay Webb of Sizerock, KY, one beloved daughter: Tammy Burns and Chris Bowling of Oneida, KY, two brothers: Elmer Wayne Webb of Sizerock, KY , Harvey Gene Webb & Mary of Sizerock, KY, two treasured grandchildren: Abigail Bowling and Jacob Bowling, special nieces: Samantha Wells, Katy Webb, Great nephew: Wyatt Wells and Great Niece: Kallie Burns. She is also survived by a host of other treasured relatives and friends.
