Helen H. Cole, 78, of Angleton, Texas, died Friday, April 9, 2021, in Angleton.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, April 18th at the New Gordon Cemetery in Gordon with Gary Williams officiating. Visitation with the Cole family will be 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM Saturday at Stephenville Funeral Home

Helen was born on November 30, 1942 in Cleveland, Texas to the late James and Mildred Oakes Thompson. She married Cary Cole on December 24, 1966 in Wharton. She graduated from Sheridan High School, and attended SMU and North Texas University. She taught for many years at Boling, Richmond, and Beaumont. After she left the teaching profession, she opened and operated her own jewelry store in the NASA area in Webster. She was a member for many years at the Lake Jackson Church of Christ and Friendswood Church of Christ. She and Cary moved back to Angleton in 1995.

Survivors include her husband, Cary; sons, Clayton and wife Katrin Cole, and Christopher and wife Jodi Cole; and her dog, Cobey Cole.
