She was a member of St. Jerome Catholic Church in Fancy Farm, Kentucky. She was a wonderful homemaker and enjoyed quilting, fishing, cooking, word search puzzles, and playing Nintendo Dr. Mario video game.
Elizabeth is survived by her husband, Donnie Nelson, of 53 years; three daughters, Pamela Hurst (Brent) of Calvert City, Lisa Feezor (Marty) of Lowes, and Donna Schwede of Fancy Farm; one son, Darrell Nelson of Fancy Farm; eight grandchildren, Amber Nagy, Daniel Hurst (Dakota), Katie Hurst, Collin Feezor, Ethan Feezor, Charlie Feezor, Evan Feezor, and Nathan Nelson; five great-grandchildren, Aloni Nagy, Baileigh Nagy, Trinity Lane, Serinity Lane, and Alexander Hurst; two sisters, Sue Turner (Bruce) and Ann Munsell (Jim); one brother, James (Bud) Bagsby; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Kendrick Zebadee and Tossie Bridget Toon Bagsby, and one brother, Tom Bagsby.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm at St. Jerome Catholic Church. The funeral mass will immediately follow the visitation, beginning at 3:00 pm at St. Jerome Catholic Church.
Pallbearers will be Nathan Nelson, Collin Feezor, Daniel Hurst, Marty Feezor, and Brent Hurst. Honorary pallbearers will be Charlie Feezor and Evan Feezor.
