Leonard Hess, 76 years young, passed away peacefully in a private home on April 15, 2021.

Preceded in death by his parents Berthold and Irma Hess, brother-in-law Herbert Selig and nephew Glenn Selig. Survived by his dear sister, Lucille Selig; niece, Jill Lasman, her husband, Gary and their sons, Brian and Daniel; Charyn Selig, her son, Josh and daughter, Drew; as well as numerous cousins and friends.

Leonard (Lenny, Len) was a well-loved son, brother, uncle and a cherished friend to many. He was the unofficial "Mayor of Westwood Road" in Columbus, Ohio, his street of residence for over 40 years. An ardent supporter of countless chairities and organizations, local artists and small businesses, he enjoyed trying, critiquing and recommending new culinary experiences throughout Columbus. He will be remembered always.

Funeral services will be held at Eden Memorial Park in Mission Hills, CA. Contributions in Leonard's memory may be made to any worthy charity of your choice.
