Gerald Francis Robinson Sr. 74, of St. Louis, MO, passed away Thursday, April 15, 2021, at his residence. Visitation will be held at 12:00 noon, Monday, April 19, 2021, at Ruegg Funeral Home, Greenville Chapel. Funeral service will be at 2:00 pm, also in the Greenville Chapel. Burial will follow in Rucker cemetery, Williamsville.

Gerald Francis Robinson Sr. 74, of St. Louis, MO, passed away Thursday, April 15, 2021, at his residence. He was born in Topeka, KS, January 6, 1947, to parents Francis and Aletha Jane (Phillips) Robinson.

Gerald was a loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend. He married Marie Canania on December 15, 2018. He was worked in construction and was self-employed. He was exceptionally good with his hands and could make or fix anything. Gerald enjoyed the outdoors, canoeing, hiking, and camping. He loved his Harley and enjoyed riding.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Gerald is survived by his wife; children: Gerald Robinson Jr. and wife Mary Jane of Topeka, KS, Geralene Robinson of Brighton, CO, Savannah Robinson of Brighton, CO; grandchildren: Brianna Cranmer, Vanessa Jane Robinson, Samantha Lee Robinson, Sophia Ann Robinson, Preston Francis Robinson; brothers: Pete Robinson of St. Louis, Clarence Robinson of St. Louis; stepson: Justin Deatherage and wife Laura of St. Louis; stepdaughters: Belynda Canania of St. Louis, Theresa Ramirez, Debbie Chambers, Amanda Chambers; step-grandchildren: Jayden McGee, Krystofer Deatherage, Jordan Deatherage, Gavin Deatherage. Gerald will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Visitation was at 12:00 noon, Monday, April 19, 2021, at Ruegg Funeral Home, Greenville Chapel. Funeral service was at 2:00 pm, also in the Greenville Chapel. Pastor Nate Hoppings ministered to the family. Gerald Robinson Jr., Geralene Robinson, Savannah Robinson, Pete Robinson, Clarence Robinson, Eugene Robinson, and Troy Robinson served as pallbearers. Burial followed in Rucker cemetery, Williamsville.
