Lee Nelson, age 78, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on April 16, 2021 surrounded by family at his home. Lee was born in Millwood, Kentucky. He met his Wife Patsy of 60 years in Clarkson, Ky. Lee lived a life that exemplified obedience and love for his Heavenly Father and in doing so left a legacy for all that knew and loved him. The doors to his home and his heart were always open. He will be remembered for his unconditional love, his gentle spirit, his forgiving nature, his inner strength and his unwavering faith. He was preceded in death by his Father Vernie (Shortie) Nelson and his mother Agnes Bowman Nelson, a step mother Maggie Kiper Nelson, 6 brothers and 4 sisters. Lee is survived by his wife Patsy Nelson, his son Terry Steven Nelson, his daughters Lee Ann Blair, Melissa Jane Laker and Casie Marie Falconer, 11 grand children and 10 great grand children. A memorial will be held at a later date in his hometown of Clarkson, Ky. Contributions in honor of his memory may be made to Clarkson Baptist Church.
