Mrs. Connie Anderson, age 66, of Vidalia, died Friday, April 16, 2021, at her home after an extended illness. She was born on Chanate Air Force Base in Rantoul, Illinois, living in Albany, Georgia, Mobile, Alabama, and Dover, Delaware before moving to Toombs County in 1967. She was a 1972 graduate of Robert Toombs Christian Academy. She was a homemaker, and earlier in her life, she worked at BellSouth in Vidalia as a switchboard operator and at St. Joseph Hospital in Savannah as a switchboard operator. Connie was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She is preceded in death by her father, Wafford Page; and two brothers, Mark Page and Mike Page.

Survivors include her husband of forty-seven years, Jeff Anderson of Vidalia; two children, Brett Anderson and wife Renee of Savannah, and Stacy Anderson Thayer and husband Brad of Soperton; her mother, Donna Gillis; one sister, Nancy Page, both of Lyons; five grandchildren, Brianne Anderson, Caeley Anderson, Jocelyn Thayer, Jonathan Thayer, and Katelynn Atkins; one great-grandchildren, Charlie Mae Barday; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday afternoon from 1:00 until just prior to the service.

The funeral will be Sunday, April 18th, at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home with Pastor Danny Zorn officiating. Burial will follow in Lakeview Memorial Gardens.
