Michael E. McCarthy, 69, passed away at 10:30pm on Thursday, April 15, 2021 in his home.
Mike was born on March 13, 1952 in South Bend to William "Bill" and Rebecca "Becky" (Boyer) McCarthy. Mike's mom, Becky, has preceded him in death.
On March 14, 1991, Mike married Ronna (Siders). She survives along with his father, Bill; children, Lavonne Monaghan, Michele (Stephen) Wininger, Charity (Jeff) Rorie, Josh (Patty) McCarthy, Russell (Jen) Mink, Michael Hammood, Cody (Kelly) McCarthy, Christopher, (Becky) McCarthy, and Mike Gordon; 22 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and brothers, Chris and Kelly McCarthy.
Mike loved his career as a truck driver and spent 40 years doing what he loved. In his retirement he enjoyed spending time with family and being a devoted and beloved father and awesome PawPaw.
Visitation will be from 3-6pm on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 in Palmer Funeral Home, Bubb Chapel, 3910 N. Main St. Mishawaka, IN 46545.
