Sarah Catherine Lowe, 88, of Waco, Texas passed away April 16, 2021.

She was born in Leander, Texas on January 15, 1933. Catherine graduated and received her H.S Diploma from Waco Tech High School in 1952.

She was married to Ralph C Lowe on March 17, 1956, in Robinson, Texas.

Catherine worked and had a career as a caregiver and cook for WISD. She had a passion for reading and puzzles.

Catherine was a faithful wife of 43 years. She was a beloved mother and grandmother and shared her love with all she met. She served her Lord and Savior faithfully by serving in her church in the nursery caring for the little children for many years. She was always helping out others when called upon. She loved to cook for her family and friends and continued this passion at her job where she was a cafeteria cook for WISD for many years. She would help cater for events that the school would have.

She was loved by her family and friends and she will be missed by all who knew her. The family would like to thank the staff at Quality Care of Waco for all the care and love they showed her during her stay there. The family would also like to thank Bluebonnet Hospice for the care they gave her during her last days. God Bless you all for the work you do.

She is preceded in death by her husband Ralph Lowe, her parents Roberts and Eunice McVey, and brother Howard McVey.

She is survived by her three children Tim Lowe and wife Lee of Waco, James Lowe and wife Deanna of China Springs and daughter Ginger McMillion and husband Randall Sr.; two grandchildren Randall McMillion of Waco and Sarah Jenson and husband Michael of Waco; one sister Doris A. Smith and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
