Jack was born March 11, 1927 in Montgomery County, TN to the late A.L. Stanley and Emma Goins Stanley. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by 13 brothers and sisters. He is survived by his wife, Margie Jenkins Stanley; son, Andy (Holly) Stanley; daughter, Jacqueline (John) Cook; grandchildren: Dr. Joshua Stanley, Jonathan Cook and Justin Cook.
Jack was a member of Sango UMC. He was retired from Trane where he was a Maintenance Supervisor for 33 years. He loved farming, he was also a bus driver for the Montgomery County School System and a former caretaker of Sango Cemetery for over 20 years.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held, Monday, April 19, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Sango UMC Church with Rev. John Casey and Rev. Dane Van Eys officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, April 18, 2021 from 2:00 to 5:00 PM at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home and on Monday, April 19, 2021 from 12:00 until the hour of service at Sango UMC Church. Interment will be at Sango Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jonathan Cook, Justin Cook, Randy Fox, Steve Gene and Joe Smith.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Sango UMC or Sango Cemetery, 3301 Sango Rd, Clarksville, TN 37043
