Kenneth Ambrose Bray, 77, Kitzmiller, died Monday, January 21, 1991, in Garrett County Memorial Hospital, Oakland. Born April 2, 1913, at Chafee, W.Va., he was the son of the late Ernie and Esta Simon. Mr. Bray was a retired coal miner and was a member of the United Mine Workers of America. He is survived by his wife, Frances (Costello) Bray; two sons, William Bray, Oakland; and Robert Bray, Fayetteville, N.C. and five grandchildren. Friends were received in the David A. Burdock Funeral Home, Kitzmiller, where a service was conducted Wednesday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Margaret Custer officiating. The body will be cremated. The family request that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the Elk District Ambulance Service. Thursday, January 24, 1991.
