She retired as Treasurer of Presbyterian Homes of Pennsylvania. She was a graduate of Elmira Commercial College, Elmira, NY. She was a member of Big Spring Presbyterian Church.
She was predeceased by her husband, Leo C. Blanchard, who died on February 6, 1998. She is survived by two daughters, Dr. Cynthia Blanchard-Kittle of Boone, NC and Emily B. Geschwindt of Dillsburg; four grandchildren and one great-grandson.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, in the Garden Court of Green Ridge Village with Pastor William Beck officiating.
Cremation Society of Pennsylvania, Lower Paxton Twp. is handling arrangements.
