Brock grew up in Pawhuska with his brother Brian, several cousins and friends spending time at his Grandparents, Alva (Red) and Sofa Carter, running the grounds in Indian Camp and raising hell with his fellow Indian Camp Warriors and Maidens. He attended Pawhuska High School.
He loved spending time with his kids and grandkids, reading his Bible on the porcelain throne, along with cooking, welding, pipelining and was a jack of all trades, master of none.
Brock is survived by his father Dean Carter, brother Brian Rumsey (Marie), Beth Scheuerman, Angie Carter, sons Tanner Carter (Lauren Garrett), Dillon Carter, Alexis Carter, grandkids Layla, Kashyn, Jessalyn, Bryson, Logan, Jaxxon, Uncle Nelson Carter, and several aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews, and too many friends and outlaws to name.
He is preceded in death by Grandparents Alva (Red) and Sofa Carter, Keith and Peggy Caldwell, Grandma Lefler, his Uncle George Carter, and his mother Bobbie Carter.
