Chillicothe - David L. Richardson, 83, Chillicothe, passed away at 2:35 p.m. on Monday April 12th, 2021 at the Richard Owens Hospice Center. He was born December 28, 1937 in Alexis, IL, the son of Edwin and Susan Richardson. He married Phyllis Watters in 1958 in Long Beach, CA. Those left to cherish his memories are his children, Jackie (Tim) Collins of Detroit Lakes, MN, Pam (Randy) Starnes of Chillicothe, IL, and Kim (Robert) Rodriguez of Galesburg, IL; 9 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; and 1 brother Phil (Terry) of Tennessee. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife.
He served in the Navy for 4 years. He retired from Butler Manufacturing in Galesburg after working there for 20 years. He enjoyed and loved his family. Cremation rights will be accorded. There will be a family service held at burial in Alexis, IL.
