She was born February 23, 1945, the daughter of William C. and Grace E. (Lair) Watts. She married Donald Rieke. He preceded her in death in 2000.
She is survived by one son, William Smith of Dallas City and one grandson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, one daughter, Mary Beth Smith, one sister, Linda Marshall and her parents.
