Helen U. Doyle, 90, died March 1, 1999 at a Calais health care facility. She was born )ct. 21, 1908, at Calais, the daughter of Thomas and Mary (McGoldrick) Doyle.
Helen spent her childhood in Fort Fairfield and graduated from Fort Fairfield High School. Upon her return to Calais, show owned and operated her own beauty salon on Calais Ave. for many years. She was a communicant of the Immaculate Conception Church of Calais. Helen is survived by several cousins. Burial will be in Calais Cemetery.
