Spurlock Farley and husband, Mike, and Carla J. Spurlock, all of Huntington, one brother, Dencil Spurlock, of Huntington; three sisters, Shirley Hinkle of Franklinton, La, Mary Lou Sword of Big Branch, OH, and Dianna Deal of Barboursville, WV; nine grandchildren, Beth Ann, Kayla, Aaron, Shana, Julie, Jada, Jake, Jessica, and Isabella; one great-granddaughter, Jordan.
