Ida married John H. Bryant on October 16, 1937. They were married for 48 years. Ida was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, infant son; son John "Jack" H. Bryant Jr.; and 6 siblings.
She is survived by her daughter; her daughter-in-law; her four grandchildren; her five great grandchildren; and her brother Howard Sewell.
Ida worked and retired after 30 years of service at Schaffer's Bakery. She was a lifetime member of Ladies Auxiliary VFW 3727. Ida loved to travel all over the United States; including Alaska, Hawaii, and England. She loved making porcelain dolls along with their clothing. Ida loved to spend time with her family especially around the holidays.
A Chapel Service will be held on March 9, 2018, 1:00 p.m. with a one hour prior visitation at Deepdale Memorial Gardens, with Pastor Tom Vanderbilt of Messiah Lutheran Church officiating.
