Survivors include: his son, Jeremy Lloyd Phillips of Milton; his daughter, Faith LeeAnn Phillips of Milton; his father and mother, Jimmy and Patricia Phillips of Milton; his sister, Delisa Ann (DJ) Council; niece and nephew, Haley and Brandon Council; his uncle and aunt, David and Sharen Phillips (their son Jason David Phillips with his two children, Bailey and Paige Phillips); other aunts and uncles: Faren Wells, Curtis Wolfe, Sue Black, Tammy Jackson, and Patsy Wolfe; Numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 17, 2021 at Trahan Family Funeral Home, Milton Chapel.
Funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 18, 2021 at Trahan Family Funeral Home of Milton. Interment will follow at Crain Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be: DJ Council, Brandon Shuler, Riley Nelson, Jason Phillips, Butch Snyder, and Carl Wells.
Honorary pallbearers will be: Curtis Wolfe, Rodger Pugh, Jack Henderson, Dalton Wells, Bubba Moore, and Terry Wells.
