Kenneth, 53, of Glen Allen, passed away on Tuesday, April 6, 2021. He was preceded in death by his mother, Geneva Davidson Cook.

Jason graduated from Emory and Henry in 1990 with a degree in information technology. His hobbies included Dungeons and Dragons and Pathfinder. He was a fan of the Chicago cubs and all federations of wrestling. Many knew him for his passion for running and his obnoxious sense of humor. Jason enjoyed spending time traveling with his wife, they explored many places including their personal favorite, Sedona, Ariz.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Serrett Cook; father, Kenneth Lee Cook; three four legged children, Princess Teya, Niki "Nickelodeon", and Thor; cousin, Samantha Dye; nephews, Matthew Serrett and Allan Cress; nieces, Tara Richardson and Amanda Leigh Serrett; sister-in-law, June Serrett; sister and brother-in-law, Lola and Frankie Dietrich; brother-in-law, Lonnie Serrett; and lots of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The family will receive friends from 11 a.m until 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 17, 2021, at Woody Funeral Home, 9271 Shady Grove Rd., Mechanicsville, VA 23116. A graveside service will follow at Signal Hill Memorial Park, 12360 Hanover Courthouse Rd. Hanover, VA 23069. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Henrico Humane Society, P.O. Box 28014, Richmond, VA 23228.
