Teresa, 60, of Jackson Michigan, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on April 9, 2021, after a ten-year struggle with her health. Teresa was born to Ted Noble and Helen Eastman. in Lansing, MI.

Teresa graduated from Perry High School in 1979 where she was a cheerleader, participated in 4-H, and a member of the track team. Teresa went on later to become a cheerleading coach, and a role model to many. Growing up, Teresa was very active in her church, Holt United Methodist Church. She sang in the church choir, praise team, and played in the bell choir. In 1983, Teresa had the amazing opportunity to go to England where she served as a missionary with the church for 9 months. During her time there, she met the royal family; an anecdote that always amazed all who listened. She returned home to work at Dart Container as a cost accountant.

After a short engagement, Teresa married the love of her life Steven Brown in 1985. He was her dream come true! Teresa's great joy was complete with the births of her children, Michelle and Nathan. Teresa was blessed with so many talents in her life. From her ability to play the organ and piano, to a multitude of arts. She was a remarkable seamstress, and she made quilts and baby blankets, working on them tediously until it was just right. When there was any family event, such as a birthday, graduation, or anniversary, Teresa would always be the one to bake the cake and decorate it, a skill she learned in 4-H. She could turn a cake into a work of art; infusing it with all the love she had for the recipient(s).

Teresa had a fierce love for her family and took great pride in being a mother and grandmother. She was kind, generous, and her loving heart that made other people feel like a part of her family whenever they were around her. However, with no doubt, the joy of her life was her grandchildren. She had such pride of her two girls! If she started to talk about them, one had to plan on at least an hour-long chat! She would plan months in advance the gifts she would make or give to her grandgirls at birthdays or Christmas. Although Teresa struggled most of her life with failing health, it did not stop her from loving and caring for everyone around her.

Teresa was preceded in death by her parents Ted Noble, Helen and Bill Eastman; siblings: Hope (Scott) Miller, Brian (Dawn) Eastman. Teresa will be missed greatly by her husband of 35 years, Steven Brown; children, Michelle Catherine Brown (Jeff), and Nathan William Brown; grandchildren; Keira and Ember Martin; stepmother, Louise Noble; siblings: Glenda Weiss, Glen Noble (Tena), Rusty Peffers (Kathy); 11 Nieces and 1 Nephew, and multiple grand nieces and nephews; and sister in spirit, love, and laughter, Mary Shutt.

A funeral service will be held for Teresa on Thursday April 15, 2021 with Pastor Carolin Spragg officiating. The family will be receiving visitors one hour prior to the service on Thursday and on Wednesday April 14, 2021 at Vickers Leslie Funeral Home Leslie, Michigan.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Aspire of Mid-Michigan, Lansing, Michigan
