James Alsbrook, 65, of Burlison, passed away on Monday, April 12 at his home. Mr. Alsbrook was a retired inspector with the Tennessee Dept. of Transportation and affiliated with the Rosemark Full Gospel Church.
He is survived by his wife, Gail Alsbrook; three grandchildren, Kayla Rose Alsbrook, Lydia Grace Alsbrook and Dalton Perry Alsbrook; his daughter-in-law, Melanie Alsbrook Gross and four sisters-in-law, Donna Bridges, Regina (Mike) Starnes, Linda Rose and Cherry Alsbrook. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bennie and Willie Mae Alsbrook; one son, Randall Alsbrook and one brother, Bennie Ray Alsbrook.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, April 16 at the Covington Funeral Home chapel with interment to follow in Rogers Family Cemetery in Atoka.
