Norman Elliott Michelsen, age 80, of Arkadelphia, passed from this life on Thursday, April 8, 2021, at his home. He was born December 9, 1940, in Long Island, NY, the son of the late Lawrence and Marjorie Tollefson Michelsen. Norman was a 1957 graduate of Long Beach Poly High School and a 1963 graduate of Cal State Long Beach. He was a member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity at Cal State Long Beach. Norman was retired from Tamura Corporation of America as a controller. He enjoyed woodworking, dog breeding, camping, 4x4 off roading and hunting in his free time. Norman was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Diane Michelsen.
Survivors are two children, Jason Michelsen (Patricia) of Anaheim, CA and Tarin Ewing (Andrew) of Moreno Valley, CA, one sister, Kristina Van Wynkle (Drew) of Placerville, CA, three grandchildren, Riley, Quinn and Lucas Ewing all of Moreno Valley, CA.
